✓ Identify Your Business Process:
To build a system that will work for your business, you must start by identifying the core processes that drive your business.
What are those things you do daily that ensures the business works?
Write them down as we get into the next factor.
✓ Choose An Automation Systems:
There are some tasks that would be repetitive and AI can do it better than humans, just get the necessary tools that can do this well.
For your accounting, social media, inventory, there are softwares you can use to automate this process.
✓ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):
Have you noticed that a Chicken Republic in Lagos isn't different from a Chicken Republic in Abuja?
The secret is that they have SOPs that guide the brand consistency across the locations where they have their brands.
Yours can be outlining the steps, guidelines, and modalities for each of your daily tasks. This will help ensure consistency and quality across all areas of your business.
