To thrive, rather than just survive in today's business world, the decision makers within any business enterprise must be able to detect the emerging signals of change that could disrupt their businesses and strategically position themselves to surmount it.

The dilemma of most Founders-cum-CEOs have always been managing the nexus between Leadership and Management roles. The reason for this is not unknown as they are usually convinced that only they can lead their businesses to success. While this might be true at the initial stage where their grit and confidence are needed to establish the business, it is not always true in all cases as the business progresses.
