Ingredients
Flour 1kg
Butter 150g
Sugar 150g
Egg 1
Milk 3 tbsp
Nut-meg 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Water 1 and 1/2 cup
Procedures:
1. I n a bowl sieve your flour
2. Add your butter, sugar, milk, nut- meg, egg and salt.
3. Mix all the ingredients together
4. Add your water and mix until everything is well combined.
5. On your working table, knead the dough and cut to your desired size.
6. Fry in a deep hot oil until golden brown
