PinkPantheress, who has captured the hearts of many listeners with her alternative sound, prepares to release her next project. Her upcoming mixtape is titled Fancy That – the first single from Fancy That is named Tonight, which has gained a lot of traction online since its release.

With introspective lyrics and the ability to create infectious beats, PinkPantheress has managed to build a community of fans who have grown with her since 2019. As of 2021, she has steadily been on an upward trajectory and hasn’t looked back since.
Since making her debut, PinkPantheress has graced the covers of publications such as i-D, The Face, and Rolling Stone UK. Outside of music, she has also starred in campaigns for Marc Jacobs Heaven, Starface, Bose, and Apple. All of these accomplishments haven’t gone unnoticed – very recently, she was honoured in Forbes' 30 Under 30 list and crowned Producer of the Year at the Billboard Women in Music Awards.
The release of Tonight marks a new era for PinkPantheress. Described by industry insiders as an era of being fun and sexy, Tonight unapologetically captures this new era perfectly. The song opens with sweeping cinematic strings before diving into a dancefloor-ready beat. Tonight showcases PinkPantheress at her most playful and sensual, as her honeyed vocals weave through the pulsating bassline, hypnotising her audience with each listen. The song’s message – inviting the listener to let go of their inhibitions.

The music video is set in a grand mansion. Directed by Charlotte Rutherford, the opening scene depicts guests eagerly rushing inside, slipping into a refined ballroom routine. PinkPantheress and her friends soon arrive to disrupt the order, performing a routine that acts as a contrast to the rigid formality of the ballroom. Their energy soon spreads, unravelling the party as once-poised guests embrace the rebellion. As the night unfolds, the lines between restraint and release blur, and the mansion becomes a playground of uninhibited sensuality and expression.
Speaking on the new single, PinkPantheress had this to say: “I’m so excited to finally bring out the first single of my new project. I hope everyone has as much fun listening to it as I do.”
