Prior to launching BROWN GIRL Jane, LLC, Jones enjoyed a highly successful career as an Investment Banking and Trading Executive. She has also been recognized for her notable contributions. After leaving Wall Street, she dedicated herself to empowering her community, and started her own consulting firm, primarily guiding minority-owned and women-led businesses.
