Role Overview :
We’re looking for a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join us on a part-time basis for a 12-week maternity cover. You’ll work one day per week to help us manage, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns — primarily Meta ads. You’ll work closely with our CEO to ensure campaigns remain efficient, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Weekly performance analysis and reporting across Meta ad campaigns
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend improvements to ad creatives, targeting, and budgeting
- Make improvements and adjustments on ads as recommended by the businesses. This includes copy and creative adjustments.
- Execute small but high-impact adjustments to campaigns as needed
- Collaborate with the team on growth experiments and audience insights
- Maintain clean tracking and UTM structures for accurate attribution
Requirements :
- 2+ years experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads
- Proven ability to analyze campaign data and extract actionable insights
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Bonus if you have experience with creative testing frameworks or B2B lead gen campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to collaborate with our designer to develop high-converting ad creatives and banners
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling ad copy that converts
