Role Overview
We are seeking a highly aggressive and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth by selling AMAKA Fractional Teams to brands, agencies, and SMEs. This role requires high-volume outreach, partnership development, and securing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a hunter—experienced in cold outreach, consultative selling, deal closing, and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Aggressive Outreach & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and reach out to businesses that need fractional creative teams for marketing, content, and design.
- Contact at least 200 businesses weekly via cold emails, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in marketing, brand management, and business operations.
- Use a multi-channel approach to drive conversions (emails, calls, events, partnerships).
- Consultative Selling & Deal Closing
- Educate potential clients on how AMAKA Fractional Teams can solve their creative challenges, improve marketing efficiency, and scale their campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to contract signing, ensuring businesses commit to AMAKA’s services.
- Negotiate and structure deals that maximize long-term revenue growth.
Partnership Development & Community Outreach
- Influencer & Community Partnerships
- Reach out to influencers with large SME communities for partnerships to sell AMAKA Fractional Teams to their audience.
- Engage SME-focused newsletters and online communities to form partnerships that drive lead generation.
- Work with SME-focused media outlets to feature AMAKA’s services in their content.
- Event & Speaking Engagement Sales
- Identify and reach out to SME-focused events and conferences to secure sales opportunities and pitch presentations for the CEO.
- Pitch AMAKA Fractional Teams at business networking events, trade shows, and startup incubators.
- Organize and lead sales-driven workshops/webinars targeting SMEs.
- Agency Partnerships & Growth Partner Programme
- Reach out to agencies to onboard them into AMAKA’s Growth Partner Programme, ensuring they sell Fractional Teams to their clients.
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies that work with SMEs and brands.
Client Management & Revenue Growth
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in marketing, brand, and creative roles.
- Ensure high client satisfaction to drive referrals and long-term engagement.
- Revenue Growth & Targets
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Convert prospects into long-term business clients through consultative selling.
- Retention & Upselling
- Develop strategies to upsell existing clients by expanding their usage of AMAKA Fractional Teams.
- Identify client needs and propose additional services to maximize revenue per account.
- Market Research & Positioning
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to refine sales pitches and AMAKA’s value proposition.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and creator success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in high-volume B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of aggressive outbound sales and partnership-building.
- Experience selling services to SMEs, agencies, and brands.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals quickly.
- Ability to craft compelling cold outreach messages that convert.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
