We are seeking an experienced and visionary Design Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional creative leadership and a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction and development of new designs for our luxury bag collections.
- Plan and execute brand and marketing campaigns in alignment with our luxury ethos.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure cohesive storytelling across all brand touchpoints.
- Oversee design projects, ensuring they push creative boundaries while maintaining the brand's aesthetic integrity.
Requirements:
- Exceptional creative vision and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of directing successful design projects within the luxury fashion industry.
- A deep understanding of the luxury fashion market and trends, with the ability to translate these into innovative designs.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Senegal, where our factory is located.
Location:
- Must be located on the African continent and currently residing in Africa open to travelling to Senegal from time to time.
