Job Description:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Business Execution.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Business Execution assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Project Scope:
- Wires modernization and payments transformation.
- There are multiple transformations to replace significant technology payment ecosystems.
- This team is asked to align roadmaps and objectives to achieve outcomes.
- These resources needed are part of the checkpoints, delivery from developing requirements at the stage of controls and delivery to payments observations.
- They will be involved in those outcomes, building training materials, understanding the why of the materials and involved with maintenance of ongoing materials, maintaining user guide updates as well.
Functional Industry Title:
- Software Technical Writer/Training Content Developer (50/50).
- This team surrounds all training deliverables, so a lot of technical writing is required.
- The team does want to develop “generalists” for this type of role.
- Willing to train up to 30% of the requirements.
- Year of experienced required:
- 5 plus years of relevant experience in Technical Writing and Content Development within an Application Development project
Top Skills:
- Author, edit, deliver, and maintain job-specific training content, technical training manuals and QRGs, recorded process walkthroughs and training videos.
- Manage knowledge library, employee learning tracking and reporting, and auditor self-service portal.
- Quarterly training
- Developing training strategy-modularize training and assess key take aways

- Maintenance of operational user guides and job aids

Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience with MS Office as a whole, PowerPoint is important
- Captivate tool as an adobe product is good to have
