Our Morning Therapy and Yoga class will commence with a 15-minute introduction followed by an hour long restorative yoga session. Suitable for all levels, this session will allow you to ‘unwind, relax and renew’ in preparation for your week ahead.
Our Cheffin’ It Up Masterclass will teach you how to prepare a healthy Ethiopian dish! The class will include vegetarian options, and is designed to allow you to follow along!
“Wanderlust” is a chance to turn your travel daydreams into a reality, hosted by Patricia Kihoro, the webinar will cover topics suitable for anyone who wants to take the big leap and go travelling, or for those who simply want to learn how to capture the moment and brush up on their photography skills.
